A standout year of growth across Europe, with B2B Distribution up 36% and our partner network expanding faster than ever.

FY26 was a defining year for Trainline Partner Solutions. As more travellers, businesses and partners turn to rail across Europe, our B2B platform delivered another period of strong, profitable growth, underpinned by deeper partnerships with the world’s leading Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and rapid expansion across European markets.

Trainline Partner Solutions reached £1.08 billion in net ticket sales in FY26 (up 14% year-on-year on a constant currency basis), reinforcing our position as Europe’s leading B2B rail platform and a critical engine of growth for the wider Trainline Group.

The headlines from FY26

  • B2B Distribution net ticket sales up 36%: our fastest-growing sub-segment, powered by new and expanding TMC partnerships.
  • International B2B Distribution up 58%: European markets are scaling rapidly as TMCs increasingly turn to Trainline for multi-carrier rail content.
  • Over 35,000 active business clients on Trainline Business: a 47% increase year-on-year, as more SMEs and enterprises bring their rail travel onto our platform.
  • £1.08 billion in net ticket sales: +14% YoY (constant currency), with continued double-digit profit growth across the wider Group.

Trusted by the world’s leading TMCs

Behind the numbers is a story of partnership, with new and expanding relationships across the world's leading Travel Management Companies, including Amex GBT, Navan and Perk, connecting their corporate travellers to the broadest, most accurate multi-carrier rail content in Europe.

Why does this matter? Online rail retailing is uniquely complex. There’s no single GDS for rail, which means TMCs and corporate travel platforms need deep integrations with multiple operators’ non-public APIs, accreditations, and the financing to support bonding obligations. Trainline’s Platform One removes that complexity. We provide partners a single, scalable connection to rail across the UK and Europe, with carriers, fares, ticket types and railcards in one place.

“Following strong momentum last year, our focus for FY27 is on continuing to scale our product and supply offering while supporting partners to grow rail adoption.

We’re seeing increasing demand for international rail and more sophisticated corporate travel requirements. By strengthening our platform and expanding key integrations, including continued investment in Trainline Business to support managed travel programmes and corporate booking needs, we’re well positioned to help our partners capture that opportunity”

Scaling across Europe

European business travel is a c.€6 billion rail market opportunity, and one that’s growing as carrier competition expands across France, Italy and Spain. Our 58% growth in International B2B Distribution this year shows the demand from TMCs to bring more high-speed rail inventory into their booking flows, and we’re building the integrations and commercial relationships to meet that demand.

Renfe Train

With the second wave of carrier competition due to commence next year on routes across France and Italy, markets representing c.€10 billion in aggregated high-speed routes by 2030, our partners will be well-positioned to offer their travellers more choice, better prices, and a single, consistent booking experience.

Looking ahead

As we head into FY27, our focus is clear: continue scaling our partner network across Europe, deepen our work with the world’s leading TMCs, and keep investing in the platform capabilities, from seamless multi-carrier booking and post-sales to real-time rail content across the UK and Europe, that make Trainline the partner of choice for business rail travel.

To our partners, clients and team: thank you. FY26 was your achievement as much as ours. Here’s to the year ahead.
