Seat maps have long been a feature of our legacy system, Trainline Professional. Now, with this functionality fully integrated into Agent Tool via Platform One and available through Global API, corporate travel agents can access seat selection seamlessly as part of our overall platform migration.
With seat maps now integrated into both products, agents can:
- View carriage layouts and seat availability in real time
- Select specific seats during the booking process
- Offer corporate travellers more comfort and control with every booking.

- Online seat selection available in Agent Tool for select UK train operators, with more to follow.
- Agents can easily fulfil travellers' requests for window or aisle seats, plug sockets, or quiet coach seating
- Handle multiple-passenger bookings seamlessly by booking tables together for travellers
